My goals in treatment

My belief in the body's ability to heal itself and the role massage therapy and bodywork can play in facilitating that transformation keep me passionately involved in learning more ways to help my clients.

Cranial Sacral Therapy, Myofascial release, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Applied Kinesiology, Chi Kung, Chi Nei Tsang, Contemporary Cupping, Deep muscle work and Pre-natal massage are some of the modalities I have practiced over my 26 years as a Massage Therapist.

During a session, my goal is to create a holistic body work experience for my client combining my knowledge of the human body and it's functions with an array of powerful techniques intuitive hands and exceptional focus.

I have participated in the healing process of thousands of people, and this has been one of the greatest gifts to my life.

My earliest memories are of the scent of flowers. I remember my mother’s fresh skin as sweet as roses, hugs from my father who always smelled of Lavender, fun times at grandmother’s garden.. and best of all, the pantry at home full of jars with a fascinating assortment of dried flowers and herbs. In a family with 10 siblings, this is where our remedies came from first.

I have always been connected to this simple way of self care. Over the years my curiosity turned into a passion for ingredients. Constantly creating potions at home and indulging in rituals of massaging my face with lovely oils.

Throughout my 24 year career as a Massage Therapist and 14 years as an Esthetician I continue to relate with and utilize natural remedies. I believe in pure, effective ingredients formulated ethically so they do not cause harm.

I obtained a license in medical Esthetics in 2004 which helped me to appreciate science and technology as I searched for answers to specific skin care concerns.

Thanks to the generosity of Herbalists, Aromatherapists, Perfumists, Doctors, Rolfers, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Nurses, Indigenous Healers and many Massage Therapists and Estheticians from whom I have received training, my life force is in a great place. It is from this place that I offer my services to you.
